Warren M. Factor
With more than 24 years of experience in real estate lending, Warren Factor provides financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners located nationwide.
Past Experience:
Mr. Factor served as vice president at Walker and Dunlop and Johnson Capital where he was responsible for originating, and structuring commercial loans.
Mr. Factor has extensive experience in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA and FHA loan guidelines. Mr. Factor brings a borrower's eye to real estate financing, having been involved in closing many mortgage financing transactions during his career.
Mr. Factor was also the co-owner of Boca Executive Mortgage and owner of The Discount Mortgage Store, Inc. a correspondent lending company that closed over 1,000 transactions in 10 yrs.
He has also co-owned a large retail company.
Mr. Factor earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Boston University, with a major in Finance.
